New Generation Home Improvements (NGI) is a Los Angeles–based design-build firm founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Mario and Marisela Arechiga. With backgrounds in construction engineering and business management, they created NGI to offer a seamless renovation experience built on professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship.

NGI specializes in full-service residential remodels—including ground-up construction, home additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and ADU conversions. L.A. Social Karma provides ongoing Instagram marketing services for New Generation Home Improvements (NGI), supporting their goal to stay top of mind with current and prospective clients in the competitive Los Angeles home remodeling market.
