The L.A. Social Karma team was brought on to work closely with Hatch’s internal team, acting as an extension of their marketing efforts. While the owner leads the overall creative vision and serves as the creative director, our role is to help bring those ideas to life in an organized, consistent, and results-driven way.
Each month, our team creates a detailed shot list to guide content creation and ensure nothing is missed. This allows Hatch’s team to walk into content days with a clear plan, while we manage timelines, project flow, and execution behind the scenes.
L.A. Social Karma handles video editing and posting across Instagram and TikTok, helping Hatch maintain a strong and consistent presence on social media without adding extra work to their internal team.
In addition to social media, we manage Hatch’s email marketing. This includes designing and maintaining automated campaigns such as welcome and birthday emails, as well as supporting ongoing bi-monthly email campaigns to share updates, promotions, and events.
We also work closely with the Hatch team on reporting and performance tracking. By reviewing social and email data together, we’re able to make informed, data-driven decisions and adjust strategy as needed to continue improving results.

On the email side, Hatch maintains an active and organized email program that keeps them connected with their existing customers. Emails are updated and sent regularly, ensuring weekly specials, promotions, and key updates are clearly communicated. This consistency helps keep Hatch top of mind with their audience and supports ongoing awareness without relying solely on in-restaurant communication.
Across social media, Hatch benefits from a steady flow of content that keeps the brand current, visible, and easy to discover. Regular posting and the use of Reels help increase reach and visibility, allowing new customers to find Hatch while reinforcing brand awareness with existing followers.
